2. Age restriction

The Website sells tobacco products and smoking accessories. Under Government Regulation No. 28 of 2024 (PP 28/2024), the sale of tobacco products to any person under 21 years of age and to pregnant women is prohibited in Indonesia.

You must confirm that you are at least 21 years old before your order can be placed. Our courier may ask the recipient for a valid photo ID on delivery and may refuse to hand over the order if age cannot be verified. Full details are in our Age Restriction Policy.

3. Products, prices and availability

• All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.
• Product availability reflects the live stock of our Canggu shop and may change while your order is being prepared.
• Product images are for illustration; packaging and flavour batches may vary.
• If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to agree a replacement, a partial refund or cancellation of that item.

4. Orders and confirmation

An order placed on the Website is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. Order details are sent to our Canggu shop and confirmation is normally made through WhatsApp using the phone number you provide, so please make sure it is correct and reachable.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside the area we can reach, if age cannot be confirmed, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.

5. Payment

• All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Online payments are processed by a licensed Indonesian payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers.
• Where cash on delivery is offered, payment is made to the courier at the moment of handover.
• Your order is prepared once the payment is confirmed or, for cash on delivery, once the order is confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is operated from our Canggu shop daily from 11:00 to 00:00 (Bali time, WITA). Delivery cost is calculated from the road distance to your address. Full conditions, tariffs and pickup details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Tobacco, charcoal and any opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and product safety reasons. We replace or refund items that are damaged, incorrect or missing from the delivery, provided the claim is made within 24 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full procedure.

8. Acceptable use

• You may not buy from the Website for the purpose of resale without our written consent.
• You may not order on behalf of a person under the legal age, and you may not provide false information about your age or identity.
• You may not use the Website to break Indonesian law or to interfere with its normal operation.

9. Health warning

Smoking, including water pipe (shisha) smoking, is harmful to health and causes addiction. Products sold on the Website are intended solely for adults who have chosen to use them.

10. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for consequences of use of the products, for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, traffic, public holidays, network or payment provider outages), or for an incorrect address or unreachable phone number provided at checkout.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — texts, photographs, logos and the Toko Hookah brand — belongs to us or to our suppliers and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The version published on the Website at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed through direct negotiation; if no agreement is reached, it will be settled by the competent court in Badung Regency, Bali.
